Years pack from Steiner Waldorf Foundation Kindy is to run on Monday and Tuesday mornings from the Scout Hut. Alys will run her Forest Schools group on Mondays from the Scout Hut, P&C group will continue from the Memorial Hall / Longshaw. Charging for the Kindy sessions was discussed – what to charge, how to collect the money, and when people needed to pay. Saturday morning craft groups were discussed to encourage older children from the village to join in and reach more parents. Alys suggested a formal set of policies and procedures. Sophia has been asked if she would like to run the P&C group – it was suggested that she might like to visit another P&C group. 2)

Group: discuss location after Easter – limited availability at Memorial Hall
– is Longshaw available? Dates were agreed for all P&C groups up to the summer break. Kath to send email to inform all parents etc. May 18th for May Celebration at Steve and Vena’s. See below. 3)
